A summary of how Domira works with developers.

Draft. These terms apply once Domira is licensed and taking bookings.

Summary

  • One standard per building.
  • Fixed price per unit type, including installation.
  • Works coordinated with the main contractor's programme.
  • Stage photos and test results per unit.
  • Ownership passes to the developer on payment. The installation is built in and forms part of each unit at handover.
  • Defects period aligned with the developer's DLP [12 months].
  • Buyer upgrades are contracted directly between Domira and the buyer.
  • Payment milestones [to be agreed per project].

Law

UAE law as applied in Dubai. The Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
