No. They're independent local companies we vet and approve. You always see the installer's company name, and Domira stays your single point of contact.
We check their licence and insurance, review past work, train them on Domira standards, check their first jobs and rate them after every job.
Domira, always. Message us on WhatsApp and we sort it out with the installer.
The scope is free. Domira Design starts from AED 500. Installation is a fixed price set after the design, for example AED 30,300 for a 3-bed apartment, and the price includes installation. Domira Care starts at AED 149/month.
The design visit is usually within a week of booking. Most apartments are installed in 3 to 5 working days.
Devices carry the manufacturer warranty, plus a Domira workmanship warranty of [12] months from handover. With Domira Care we monitor your home and fix faults; without it, message us and we arrange a visit.
For the design visit, yes. For installation, no; you see stage photos and test results as the work happens.
Your designer recommends brands that suit your home and budget. The device list in your design names every one.
Yes, with your landlord's written approval. Domira installations are built in, so we'll help you request the NOC.
