Installer Partner Terms

Requirements

• Valid UAE trade licence and liability insurance of at least [AED amount], checked before approval and every year after.
• Past work reviewed.
• Domira standards training completed.

Quality

• First jobs are reviewed by a designer before handover.
• Customers rate every job.
• Two below-standard reviews mean retraining; three mean removal.
• Fixes are at no cost to the customer.

Evidence

Installers upload stage evidence in the Domira app.

Pay

• Installation: per approved stage, at the fixed fee set in each job.
• Care visit: apartment AED 300, villa AED 400.
• Urgent visit within 4 hours: AED 600.
• Onboarding health check: apartment AED 300, villa AED 400.
• VAT treatment of installer fees: [confirm whether inclusive or exclusive of VAT].
• Paid within [7] days of stage approval.

Installer obligations

• Give a [12]-month workmanship warranty matching Domira's warranty to customers.
• Keep customer data confidential and use it only for the job.
• Do not solicit Domira customers directly for [12] months.
• Fit every installation as a built-in installation to Domira standards.

Law

UAE law as applied in Dubai. The Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
