What we collect

Cameras, intercoms and speakers
Domira does not view, record or store camera, intercom or speaker footage or audio.
Why we use it
- Contract: to scope, design, install and look after your home.
- Consent: launch updates, which you can stop at any time.
- Legal obligation: including UAE VAT records.
- Legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and improving our service.
We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- The assigned installer, job details only.
- Service providers: hosting, our database provider (Supabase), Stripe, WhatsApp/Meta, email, our monitoring platform, Cloudflare Turnstile, and analytics if used.
- Device manufacturers, where needed to set up or support your devices.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UAE. We only use providers that give adequate protection for transferred data.

Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021) you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent. We reply within [30] days. You can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
Form data is sent over encrypted connections, stored with access limited to authorised Domira staff, and checked for abuse.
Under-18s
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
