Payment terms
How paying for a Domira installation will work. Domira is your main contractor: you contract with and pay Domira, and the installer is an independent, Domira-approved subcontractor.

One payment to Domira
You pay Domira once, through Stripe. You never pay the installer directly.
Domira pays its installer per stage
Domira pays its installer as each stage is approved. You approve a stage, or raise an issue, within 48 hours of receiving its photos and test results. With no issue raised, the stage is approved automatically.
Not an escrow
Domira does not hold money on behalf of the installer and is not an escrow service.
Disputed stages
A Domira designer reviews a disputed stage within 2 working days, and it is fixed at no cost before approval.
Refunds and cancellations
Before devices are ordered: full refund. After devices are ordered: refund minus non-returnable device costs. After work starts: approved stages plus non-returnable devices are payable. Refunds go to the original payment method within [14] days.
Separate design service
Domira Design is a separate fee, does not include installation and is not deducted from the installation price. The design is yours to keep.
