When an installer slips
- A job rated below standard is reviewed by a designer within 2 working days.
- The installer fixes the issue at no cost to you.
- Two reviews below standard means retraining. Three means removal.
If something isn't right, you tell us and we sort it out with the installer.

Installer fees are shown as Domira pays them. Whether they are inclusive or exclusive of VAT depends on your VAT registration: [confirm before launch]. Paid within [7] days of stage approval.
Your installer reports every stage in the Domira app.
